Founded in 2012, CreativeWood is a bespoke furniture manufacturer based in North Macedonia, recognized for combining traditional craftsmanship with modern design. With a growing presence in domestic and European markets, the company sought to strengthen its digital capabilities to support cross-border sales and custom order requests.
Challenge
CreativeWood required a scalable and visually appealing web platform to present their custom furniture collections to customers across multiple European markets. Beyond product presentation, the platform needed to directly support market expansion efforts by enabling users to explore product categories, submit custom design requests, and interact with the brand through an intuitive interface. The solution had to accommodate high traffic volumes, maintain consistent performance across devices, and provide a user experience aligned with the company’s growth objectives in Europe.
Project Summary
The development of the CreativeWood platform began with a detailed review of business objectives and technical requirements to align functionality with the company’s growth strategy. The frontend was implemented using Next.js and React.js, ensuring a responsive, SEO-friendly interface optimized for viewing across all devices. The backend was built on WordPress with PHP, providing a robust content management system and reliable integration capabilities for dynamic data handling.
The design process in Figma focused on creating a clean, intuitive, and fully responsive layout that allows users to navigate collections, submit custom design requests, and engage with the brand effortlessly. Performance optimization and efficient code structure were prioritized to maintain fast load times and a smooth browsing experience, even under increased traffic demands.
Results
From a technical perspective, the architecture handled increased concurrent traffic without performance degradation, ensuring consistent uptime and stability. Post-launch analytics showed higher session durations, reduced bounce rates, and a measurable increase in qualified inquiries through integrated contact and request modules. The platform’s scalable framework now supports multi-language and multi-currency capabilities, aligning with CreativeWood’s expansion strategy across European markets.
