2. Terminology and Contracting Entity

The terminology "Client", "You" and "Your" refers to you, the person accessing this website. "Fusion Forge", "The Company", "We" and "Us" refers to the applicable Fusion Forge corporate entity.

Fusion Forge operates globally through multiple registered entities, including in the UK, the USA, the UAE, Bulgaria and North Macedonia. The specific Fusion Forge entity you contract with and the applicable governing law is determined by your geographical location, the specific Service being procured and any direct Master Service Agreement (MSA) or other agreement entered into between the parties. For general website browsing, these Terms are issued on behalf of the global Fusion Forge group of companies.

All content published on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software code and digital assets, is the property of Fusion Forge or its content creators and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws.

Fusion Forge Tech provides its Services to both businesses (B2B) and individual users (B2C). To the extent consumer-protection laws apply, Fusion Forge Tech is not obliged to participate in proceedings before a consumer arbitration board or other alternative dispute-resolution body, and does not undertake to do so, unless required by applicable law.

For general use of this website, these Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the primary Fusion Forge Tech entity operating this website is registered.

For paid SaaS services or specific software deployments, the governing law and jurisdiction are determined by the specific entity providing the Service, as set out in the applicable agreement, contract or invoice.
