Industry

Real Estate / Coworking Spaces

About the Client

Property One Cowork required a dynamic web platform capable of presenting their modern workspace inventory through a high-performance, interactive interface. The goal was to deliver a responsive frontend with real-time space visualization — allowing users to easily browse available workspaces by location and view specific details like room sizes, features, and availability. The solution needed to support structured content management, facilitate ongoing expansion with minimal development overhead, and maintain optimal UX/UI across browsers and devices.

Challenge

CreativeWood required a scalable and visually appealing web platform to present their custom furniture collections to customers across multiple European markets. Beyond product presentation, the platform needed to directly support market expansion efforts by enabling users to explore product categories, submit custom design requests, and interact with the brand through an intuitive interface. The solution had to accommodate high traffic volumes, maintain consistent performance across devices, and provide a user experience aligned with the company’s growth objectives in Europe.

Project Summary

The frontend, built with Next.js and React.js, delivers responsive, high-performance experiences across all devices, while the WordPress + PHP backend provides content flexibility for non-technical administrators. A standout feature is the visual workspace explorer, designed to let users browse available coworking offices — viewing unit size, pricing, and amenities — in a clear and user-friendly layout. The UI, created in Figma, aligns with the brand’s modern aesthetic and ensures intuitive navigation. The underlying architecture embraces modularity, enabling flexible content updates and seamless expansion as new coworking locations are introduced.

Results

The launch of the Property One Cowork website resulted in a stronger digital presence and more efficient lead generation. The interactive map function led to increased user interaction, allowing visitors to explore floor layouts directly and identify available spaces with ease. Combined with clear workspace details and improved UX, the platform contributed to a measurable rise in booking inquiries and conversions.
